Vivo to Launch World’s First 32MP Selfie Camera Smartphones V15 & V15 Pro in Pakistan
The V15 series comes with the world’s first 32-megapixel selfie camera; a pop-out snapper like the Vivo NEX — which was introduced last year during FIFA 2018 World Cup. Vivo has started teasing the phone on its social media and TV channels in Pakistan and it is evident from teasers that Vivo will be launching both variants, V15 and V15 Pro in the market. Vivo V15 series offers an all-screen design with no notch and almost no bezels. The Pro variant also features an in-display fingerprint sensor, while both V15 and V15 Pro will have 6GB of RAM.
While the company has been focusing mainly on the selfie shooter, the camera setup on the back is equally impressive. There is an AI-based triple-camera module at the rear. The setup comprises a 48-megapixel quad pixel sensor along with an 8-megapixel wide angle sensor and a 5-megapixel sensor to capture DOF. The pop-up selfie camera is placed aligning with the rear cameras and is said to be more durable than NEX. There is no official word on the availability and pricing of these phones, however considering that the V15 Pro has already been launched in a few markets we can expect the price to be around Rs. 60,000 for the Pro version and Rs. 50,000 for V15.
