Telenor donates Rs 22.49 million for earthquake victims
The widespread devastation caused by the recent earthquakes in Baluchistan has claimed many lives, keeping in view the magnitude of loss caused by the earthquakes, Telenor Pakistan announces the contribution of Rs 22.49 million for support of earthquake affected people in Baluchistan. Relief goods will be provided by Telenor Pakistan’s emergency response partner, the Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) to 1,000 earthquake-affected families. The contribution will be utilized by the PRCS to provide 7,000 individuals with medical relief, blankets and bottles of drinking water. Telenor Pakistan and PRCS worked together to help thousands of displaced and affected people in Pakistan.
